Powder coating (spraying)

The dried parts proceed to our automatic powder coating equipment manufactured by Wagner. The automatic spray booth has 2×3 automatic electrostatic spray guns, which ensure an even coating thickness and the economical, reproducible coating of large series of parts.

Further to the automatic system, two manual coating stations are also available, allowing for us to handle individual requirements, deal with special geometries or subsequent corrections.

A separate manual powder coating booth is also available for workpieces with complex geometries, hard-to-reach areas or special coating requirements. One advantage of this system is that the parts needn’t be taken off the overhead conveyor: they can be routed directly into the manual booth, so special coating operations can be carried out without interrupting the production flow.

After the powder coating has been applied, the parts move into the curing oven, where the powder melts and cross-links, forming the final, aesthetic and resistant coating.
