Quality control

A quality powder coated finish comes from the right technological steps combined with continuous monitoring and control of the entire production process. At our plant, the surface treatment and powder coating processes are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system, which ensures traceability and the provision of the expected high quality.

Further to the ISO 9001 quality management system, we also comply with the even stricter Qualicoat requirements, and in our work we apply elements of the CQI-12 special process control approach, which focuses on the continuous supervision of surface treatment processes, the monitoring of critical parameters and the prevention of defects.

Compliance with these standards and requirements contributes greatly to our ability to meet both the expressed as well as the implied needs of our Partners.
