Long-lasting protection,
quality powder coating
Maximum size of workpieces (length x width x height):
- for steel: 6000x800x2000 mm
- for aluminium: 7000x400x2000 mm
Powder coating not only provides an attractive appearance, but it also plays a key role in protecting metal parts against corrosion. The applied coating has good wear resistance and favourable mechanical properties, significantly extending the service life of the workpieces. Our powder coating plant allows the entire surface treatment process to take place in one place, under controlled conditions, guaranteeing consistently high quality and short lead times.
In our automated powder coating plant, manual powder coating can also be applied alongside the machine-based process, depending on the characteristics of the given product.
About powder coating
Powder coating is one of the most advanced and widespread surface protection technologies today, providing metal parts with an attractive appearance, excellent mechanical properties and lasting protection against corrosion at the same time. In the plant, we use an electrostatic powder application process, which produces an aesthetic, durable and resistant coating.

Coating
A high-quality powder coated finish does not only require the proper application of powder. Lasting corrosion protection and an attractive appearance are already determined at the phases of the proper designing, manufacturing and preparation of the part.

Surface treatment
Our plant offers two multi-step pre-treatment technologies, adaptable to the different base materials and customer requirements. The equipment is suitable for steel, aluminium and galvanised workpieces alike, and we have installed a separate pre-treatment line for aluminium profiles that also meets Qualicoat requirements.

Powder coating (spraying)
Modern pre-treatment and powder coating processes together make it possible for us to ensure that the products of our partners get attractive, consistent and long-lasting coatings. After pre-treatment, the dried workpieces enter the automatic or manual powder coating booths (made by Wagner).

Quality control
The last piece of equipment in the production line is the curing oven, from which the coated workpieces move to the cooling zone and are then removed from the line. Before careful packaging, they undergo strict quality control.
